Words such us the
"teacher", "I", "me", "my"
and so on, refer to the person who is creating a profile
on this website. Words such us "we",
"us", "our" refer to the owners and the management team
of this website. The word "student" refers to a
person who purchases the teacher's contact information
through this website in order to learn a foreign language from the teacher.
By creating a profile on this website
I agree to the following terms and conditions.
- I currently reside in Japan,
unless I'm planning to teach online.
- I
am a native speaker or I can speak fluently the language
I intend to teach.
- I
will not make any false statements or misrepresentations
of myself on my profile or during a written or oral
communication with each student. All the information about me
on my profile is
true and accurate. I will keep all of my
information up to date and if any changes occur, I will
promptly update my profile to reflect these changes.
I will especially make sure that all my contact
information is current.
- I will not post a
photo on my profile of a person other than myself.
- I will act politely and professionally when dealing with
students who contact me through this website.
- I
understand that the owners of this website have no
control over who accesses it and who purchases the
teacher's contact information. I understand that
meeting people through this website is solely my own
responsibility. I accept all risks that may be
associated with meeting people contacted though this
website in person and I will not held responsible the
owners of this website for any mishaps that may occur
due to meeting these people.
- I fully
accept the fact, that it is my sole responsibility to
collect all fees for any
lessons from the student. I understand
that there are no contracts between either a student and
the owners of this website, or a teacher and the owners
of this website therefore the owners of this website are not involved
nor responsible for any
money collection for lessons taught by a teacher to a student.
- It is my responsibility to prepare all lessons by myself, to the best of my
skills and abilities. I will conduct each lesson
in a professional manner, to the best of my abilities.
- I will do my best not to come late for each class scheduled with a
student.
- I will delete my profile as soon as I am
no longer interested in new students contacting me or if
I leave Japan permanently.
- I understand and fully
agree that the owners of this website may delete my
profile at any time without notifying me or having to state any
reason.
- I will use this website at my sole
discretion and I accept all risks that may be associated
with using this website. I will not held
responsible the owners of this website in any shape or
form for any misfortunes or damages that may occur to me
by using this website, even after deleting my profile.
- I understand that the owners of this website will not
pass my contact information to any third party, except
to students who purchase this information. I'm
fully aware that my profile is freely accessible online and by
the nature of the internet is visible to all internet
users.
This agreement is subject to change at any time
without any notifications. The most current
version of this agreement is valid, all previous
versions are void. All users of this website agree to the most current version. |
